FlyResearch’s business briefing to launch ‘Customer in the Room’ was held at the RSA in London on 10th March, 2011.
Over breakfast, Gareth Helm of Mars Petcare and previously Innocent Drinks, set the scene for exploring the benefits of faster decision making.

Greg Ward of FlyResearch then demonstrated how modern technology like FlyResearch’s ‘Customer in the Room’ enables companies to move faster, streamline ideas processing and get immediate validation of ideas to gain competitive advantage.

Greg Ward’s presentation included a live demonstration of ‘Customer in the Room’ during which a client had the opportunity to test a number of new concepts in the home baking market by posing questions and showing visuals to FlyResearch’s panel in real time.

The results of this live NPD project are confidential, however, we are reviewing with the client the possibility of releasing any appropriate material.
