After gaining his degree in Chemistry and Biology, Dave Waddell joined the Mars Corporation in R&D. Over a 25 year career there he performed senior management roles running teams of up to 200 people in a wide variety of functions including Sales, R&D, Operations and Human Resources.
Dave is a co-founder of FlyResearch and over the last five years in online research has run almost 300 studies. In addition he manages the panel, data processing scripting and finance teams.
