Nick is a Full Member of the Market Research Society with over 25 years experience in the industry having worked client–side for Royal Mail, DfES and Zurich and agency-side for AGB Attwoods, GfK NOP, Metrixlab and currently FlyResearch.
He has a degree in Economics and Computing and extensive knowledge of market research techniques, in particular continuous consumer panels, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
Nick has written and presented a number of papers on consumer research methodologies to International forums and promoted Royal Mail on both TV and radio programmes.
