As with all our services we can be up and running faster than you'd expect because we employ a strict process approach. Below is a reduced version of our standard panel set up process (the full version has approximately three times the steps).
First we develop the panel requirements such as size, incentivisation methods and frequency of contact. Much of this is about the rules of engagement so that your customers know exactly what is expected of them and what they in turn can expect. Next we develop the panel branding and recruitment programme - Once the recruitment programme is in place and running we can start the research phase.
- On an ongoing basis flyresearch will operate customer service with a team of panel managers who ensure that all emails from the panel are answered within 24 hours and that the panel is aligned with your own customer service team. This is important because your panel members are customers and you must treat them well. This is something flyresearch well understands but that is not actually second nature in the industry as a whole where unfortunately agencies have tended to merely call and burn through another 100 numbers if the research is not going well.
